Government of Kerala vide GO (MS) No. 30/2016/LSGD dated 09.02.2016 authorised all the LSGIs to submit the Annual Financial Statement [AFS]to the Kerala State Audit Department for audit online to AIMS software from the financial year 2016-17 onwards. The same initiative was extended to Universities of Kerala vide GO(MS) No.197/2017/Fin dated 21.03.2017. To e-submit the AFS to AIMS online , new module to facilitate e submission process was developed as per GO (MS) No.229/2015/Fin dated 24.02.2011 in AIMS and implemented for real time usage w.e.f 2016 onwards. The purpose of this facility is to integrate the AFS submitted in Sankhya Software to AIMS in respect of LSGI’s and Direct submission of AFS to AIMS by the Finance wing of Universities.

AIMS- E- submission module is accessable online through the URL aims.ksad.kerala.gov.in/esubmission. The software after security audit by Se-MT is currently hosted in State Data Center, Government of Kerala.
